Turn left out of the Chuo Guchi Exit (Kita Guchi exit) of Kichijoji Station and walk down Heiwa Dori towards Paroo department store. Pass “31”lce Cream Shop and go straight for 1OO meters until you come to a pedestrian crossing. We are on the left on the 6th floor above the MIYAKE& Jubilee Market.
